SEC Associates

A creative workshop under the Mole

The Turin leg of the SEC Group’s adventure began in 1997, and was the result of a meeting between several young professionals in the communication sector. In that period, SEC & Associati faced with a market dominated by a few key players, all large companies mainly focused on advertising, but mainly composed of small and medium-sized companies still very distant from the world of communication. But the boosts the city received due to the crises and opportunities that were then sweeping Turin – for example, the 2006 Olympics – combined with the enthusiasm and determination of the professionals at SEC, made it possible to create and consolidate a successful range of business and professional opportunities, always open to innovation.

SEC & Associati has brought companies, areas and institutional activities into the spotlight of the national media. It has managed the communication for large sporting and cultural events, starting with the Sindone app at the Prix Italia. It it has promoted its customers’ roadshows throughout Italy and overstepped the perimeters of traditional communication to make space for digital PR, social media and web reputation management.

And it continues to go from strength to strength, also thanks to the Group synergies in exchanging experiences, relations, opportunities and over the last few years, also in the intense training activities offered to staff.

When opposites attract and click

What’s more, the great wealth of SEC & Associati is none other than its people: those who turn it into a true creative laboratory each and every day, capable of breathing life into personalised and innovative communication projects, that build customer loyalty and new business.

Today, as in the past, the agency is steered by, Maurizio Ravidà, managing director and Cinzia Sigot, account supervisor, two “characters” with very different qualities who complement each other.
